You really don't have to slave all day in the kitchen to put on a cheery holiday spread. Pull together five easy recipes, festive drinks, and some ready-to-serve food, and have them on the table before Santa's little helpers can even offer to assist.
- 1. Five hours before the party
Put Holiday Meatballs in slow cooker to heat (Prep time - 5 minutes; Cook time - 5 hours on low or 4 hours on high).
Mix Cool and Spicy Southwestern Chili Dip for cheese sticks; refrigerate (Prep time - 5 minutes).

Set and decorate table.

Assemble cheese tray, olive, fruit, and nut platter, and dessert tray.
