

Bar-B-Q Tartlets
Single-serving tartlets brimming with juicy barbecue and topped with spicy pepper jack cheese make a perfect hearty finger food or small plate dish for your next get-together. Keep extra tartlets warm on a tray in a 150-degree oven.

1 - 4 lbs tray of Byron's® Bar-B-Q Pork Tray
3 cans crescent dough
8 oz pepper jack cheese, shredded
PREHEAT oven to 350°.
BAKE BBQ tray according to package instructions. Once BBQ is fully heated remove from oven. Drain excess liquid off BBQ.
OPEN crescent rolls and unroll. Separate the two rectangles. Lay each rectangle flat and press the seams of the triangles together. Cut in half so you end up with 2 squares.
SPRAY muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray. Press one dough square into each of 24 muffin wells. Add well drained BBQ (roughly 2 tablespoons) and sprinkle with shredded cheese (roughly 1 teaspoon).
BAKE BBQ tarts for 10-11 minutes and serve hot.
