

Grilled Bar-B-Q Pizza
Keep the heat out of the kitchen with this simple grilling recipe. A crispy, smoky grilled crust and sweet and smoky barbecued pork are a perfect match in this delicious pizza. Sprinkle finished pizzas with chopped fresh parsley for a little color, and watch the slices disappear.

1 package (4 lb.) Byron's® Bar-B-Q Pork Tray
32 oz. favorite Bar-B-Q sauce
8 large prepared pizza crusts
2 large green bell peppers, diced
2 large red onions, sliced
16 cups shredded cheese (yellow/white blend)
PREPARE Bar-B-Q according to package directions.
PREHEAT grill to medium heat.
ASSEMBLE pizzas by spreading equal parts Bar-B-Q sauce, Bar-B-Q Pork, sliced red onions, diced green bell peppers and cheese on each.
PLACE pizzas on grill and cook with lid closed for 10-12 minutes. Check periodically to ensure even cooking among all pizzas.
