

Maple Holiday Meatballs
Classic meatballs get a holiday kick with a sweet maple glaze spiced up with chili sauce and mustard. They're a snap to put together and will stay warm in the crock pot during your holiday party. Put out forks or a container of long toothpicks, and serve meatballs with a slotted spoon.

3 lbs Casa Di Bertachi® 5/8 oz. Meatballs, frozen (1/2 of the 6 lbs bag or about 75 meatballs)
1 1/2 cup real maple syrup
2 Tablespoons dried chives (or 1/2 cup + 2 Tablespoons fresh chives, chopped)
1 1/2 cup chili sauce
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 Tablespoon ground mustard
POUR frozen meatballs into a slow cooker.
WHISK together maple syrup, chives, chili sauce, soy sauce and ground mustard. Pour mixture over meatballs.
COOK meatballs on high for 4 1/2 hours or on low for 5 1/2 hours.
Prep Time: 4 minutes
Cook Time: 4.5 hours on high or 5.5 hours on low
Makes: about 75 meatballs
