Quesadillas with Salsa
This warm appetizer is a cinch to prepare and is easily dressed up with fresh salsa and cilantro. Arrange quesadilla slices around a small bowl of salsa in the center of a large, colorful platter, tuck cilantro sprigs between slices, and sprinkle everything with chopped fresh cilantro. Want to really wow your guests? Make a trio of dips by adding bowls of sour cream and guacamole.
1 package (48 oz.) Farm Rich® Mini Chicken Quesadilla Slices
1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
your favorite salsa for dipping
PREPARE Mini Chicken Quesadilla Slices according to package directions.
SERVE with your favorite salsa, or variety of salsas, for dipping.
GARNISH with fresh chopped cilantro.
