

Spicy Game Day Meatballs
Asian chili sauce and grape jelly give these meatballs a sweet and spicy flavor. Start early, since the meatballs need to cook about five hours in the slow cooker, but once they're in the pot they're entirely hands-off.

3 lbs Casa Di Bertacchi® Italian 5/8 oz Meatballs, frozen (1/2 of the 6 lbs bag or about 75 meatballs)
2 – 12 oz jar Asian chili sauce
1 – 12 oz jar grape jelly
1/4 cup water
POUR frozen meatballs into a slow cooker.
WHISK together chili sauce, grape jelly and water. Pour mixture over meatballs.
COOK meatballs on high for 4 1/2 hours or on low for 5 1/2 hours.
Prep Time: 4 minutes
Cook Time: 4.5 hours on high or 5.5 hours on low
Makes: about 75 meatballs
