The ClubEntertaining.com "Summer Party Giveaway" Contest (the "Contest") is open to U.S. residents 18 years of age and older. The Contest is void where prohibited. Employees or agents of Rich Products Corporation or any of its affiliate organizations, including, without limitation, advertising and promotional agencies, including any such employees' or agents' immediate family members or household members, are not eligible to enter.
Any qualified person can enter the Contest by becoming a qualified entrant by submitting the aforementioned material at or before the contest deadline. All qualified entries will be treated equally. All information provided to Rich Products Corporation in connection with this Contest shall be treated by Rich Products Corporation in accordance with ClubEntertaining.com's privacy policy, and shall be the sole and exclusive property of Rich Products Corporation.
There is no entry fee for any qualified Entrant to submit eligible material. Multiple entries from individuals are welcome, and will not be considered grounds for disqualification.
All applicants must be a legal resident of the United States or possess valid visas.
All entries submitted can/will be posted on the ClubEntertaining.com "Summer Party Giveaway" Contest Web site (www.ClubEntertaining.com) for public viewing both prior to and after the contest.
All Entrants must provide an accurate email address or other valid contact information to be eligible to win the Contest. By entering the Contest all Entrants acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules and Regulations, as posted, and all eligibility requirements. Neither ClubEntertaining.com nor any of its affiliates are responsible for inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect entry of information. This includes, but is not limited to, human error, lost data transmissions or any other technical errors including line failures of any telephone, computer or networking equipment or any software. Any entries found tampered with or altered in any way will be void. ClubEntertaining.com has the right to cancel and reschedule the Contest at any time if the technical transmissions become corrupted or interrupted. Entries are limited to one per valid email address per day.
The prizes for the Contest are as follows: One grand prize, a $1,000 gift card to the club store of the winner's choice (Sam's, Costco, BJ's). The odds of winning depend upon the number and quality of eligible Contest entries. The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes related to the prize he/she has won. The Winner's right to his/her prize is nontransferable and non-salable.
The prizes will be paid directly to the winner. Payment of awards will be contingent upon receipt for verification that the applicant meets all of the eligibility requirements.
All submissions will be reviewed without regard to race, sex, sexual orientation, religion, age or national origin.
Contest entries will be accepted through September 30, 2008. One (1) Contest Prize winner will be chosen by a random drawing. The winner will be notified via the email address provided by the entrants as contact information and will have 30 days from the date he/she is notified to redeem the prize. Failure to respond within 30 days of notification will result in the forfeit of the prize.
By participating in the Contest, each Entrant agrees to release and hold Rich Products Corporation and its employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents and representatives harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Contest or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy. The Winner agrees, as a precondition for the receipt of any prize, to execute all releases and other documentation reasonably requested by ClubEntertaining.com. Each Winner may be required to sign and return a release of liability, declaration of eligibility, and, where lawful, a publicity consent agreement, all within 30 days of acknowledged notification. By accepting the prize, the Winner agrees to the use of his/her name, voice and/or likeness for the purpose of advertising, trade, or promotion without further compensation, unless prohibited by law or by the ClubEntertaining.com privacy policy. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize, or fails to timely return the completed and executed declaration and releases as required, the prize may be forfeited. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the individual that submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email account or telephone number if no email account is provided. If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including without limitation, due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of ClubEntertaining.com which corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest, ClubEntertaining.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest.
